The Waukesha County Center for Growth’s 2022-2024 Business Growth Strategy positions the County for future growth and success. The purpose of the plan is to provide a roadmap and structure for initiatives necessary to foster sustainable economic vitality.
For the third edition, the 2022-2024 Business Growth Strategy refreshed the strategic outcomes after a thorough analysis of demographic, economic and labor market information, benchmark research, Waukesha County business survey results, and key informant interviews to ensure the trends, projections and pulse of the local and regional economy are in alignment. Additionally, the four regional imperatives of education, housing, transportation, and diversity and inclusion are intertwined within all outcomes and strategies.
